Shipping policy

Shipping is available within the United States. All packages will be sent via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Next Day Air. 

Once your transaction is processed, our team will begin creating your order. We take our time to ensure the artistry of each made-to-order journal we make. Our aim is to complete and ship your order within 4-6 weeks. Please note that promotions, holidays and weather can impact order processing and shipping timelines. 

Once an order is placed it cannot be combined with a previous order. If you forgot to add an item to your order please email bellaclassicaartjournals@gmail.com and we can add items to your previous order. 

We will send you an order confirmation when the order is placed, then we also send a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.  Please check and double-check that your email is correct when you place your order and make sure to check your spam folder just in case our emails land there. If you do not receive an order confirmation please reach out to us at bellaclassicaartjournals@gmail.com to confirm that your order was received.

Please note that Bella Classica reserves the right to adjust the shipping carrier should substitutions need to be made and may use USPS, UPS or FedEx when needed. If shipping adjustments are made the carrier and tracking number will be indicated on your shipping confirmation email.
