Refund policy

Returns and exchanges are not permitted.  All sales are final. 

If you have an issue with your delivery such as a missing product or a damaged item, please make sure to email bellaclassicaartjournals@gmail.com within 5 business days of delivery, so we can follow up and make any needed corrections to your order. Damaged items reported within 5 days will be replaced with the same product when available. Substitutions of equal value will only be offered only when a product is no longer available. 

We are unable to make any changes to your order once it is submitted, so please verify the items in your order before checking out. We understand sometimes typos happen; if you accidentally enter an incorrect shipping address, please email us immediately at bellaclassicaartjournals@gmail.com so we can correct it for you before it ships.  If your order has already shipped with the incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost to reship and/or for the the cost of lost items.

Once an order is placed it cannot be combined with a previous order. If you forgot to add an item to your order please email bellaclassicaartjournals@gmail.com and we can add items to your previous order.
